Location - NYC. West Side. Across From Central Park. The before video was taken halfway through the project. We converted two individual apartments into a duplex. Both apartments needed a complete demolition. We created additional bedrooms, relocated the kitchen to the top floor, remodeled two and a half bathrooms and installed a staircase.
